2 – Injection

3 – Dwelling

After the injection, the material is allowed to dwell for a short period, ensuring that it fully takes the shape of the mould and achieves optimal density.

4 – Cooling

5 – Mould Opening

Once the cooling process is complete, the mould is opened, revealing the newly formed plastic component. The mould halves are separated, and the part is ready for removal.

6 – Removal of products

The final product is carefully removed from the mould. Excess material, if any, is trimmed, and the part then undergoes quality checks by our team to ensure it meets the expected specifications.
